Annual General Meeting

The annual meeting of the Under Angels Wings Foundation was take a place in the place of Head Quaters at 3:00pm

The annual meeting of the Board of Members of Under Angels Wings Foundation was held on the date 17.11.2022 and time 3:00pm and at the place 42 Northmead Rd., SL2 1TR, UK.

There were present at the meeting:

Founder and President Paweł Jankowski

Vice President, Secretary Anjum Parvez

Treasurer, IT Jakub Jankowski

The meeting was called to order by President Paweł Jankowski and open at 3:00pm

The meeting then proceeded to the election of officers. Upon nominations duly made, the following were unanimously elected officers of the Charity, to serve for the ensuing year and until their successors are elected and qualify:

President: Paweł Jankowski

Vice President: Anjum Parvez

Secretary: Anjum Parvez

Treasurer: Jakub Jankowski

The President of the Charity assumed the duties of Chairman, and the Secretary of the Charity assumed his duties as Secretary of the meeting. Treasurer assumed his duties as Treasurer.

The Chairperson presented to the meeting a edited copy of a Small Charity Constitution which was authorize by all Trustees of the Charity.

The Chairperson presented to the meeting a copy of new UAWF Logo which was authorize by all Trustees of the Charity.

The Chairperson presented to the meeting new UAWF site on Wix platform and inform that is in bulding. That was autorize by all Trustees of the Charity.

The Chairperson presented to the meeting new UAWF site for Republic of Poland on Wix platform and inform that is in bulding and will open on 04.02.2023. That was autorize by all Trustees of the Charity.
