Annual General Meeting

The annual meeting of the Under Angels Wings Foundation was take a place in the place of Head Quaters at 3:00pm

The annual meeting of the Board of Members of Under Angels Wings Foundation was held on the date 12.02.2021 and time 3:00pm and at the place 42 Northmead Rd., SL2 1TR.

There were present at the meeting:

Founder Paweł Jankowski

Anjum Parvez

Jakub Jankowski

The meeting was called to order by Founder Paweł Jankowski and open at 3:00pm

The meeting then proceeded to the election of officers. Upon nominations duly made, the following were unanimously elected officers of the Charity, to serve for the ensuing year and until their successors are elected and qualify:

President: Paweł Jankowski

Vice President:

Secretary: Anjum Parvez

Treasurer: Jakub Jankowski

The President of the Charity assumed the duties of Chairman, and the Secretary of the Charity assumed his duties as Secretary of the meeting. Treasurer assumed his duties as Treasurer.

The Chairperson presented to the meeting a copy of a Small Charity Constitution which was authorize by all Trustees of the Charity.

The Chairperson presented to the meeting a copy of new UAWF Logo which was authorize by all Trustees of the Charity.

The Chairperson presented to the meeting new UAWF site on Wix platform and inform that is in bulding. The Chairperson inform as well that the said will have new domain after when will be buy by UAWF. That was autorize by all Trustees of the Charity.

The Chairperson present the Shop on the UAWF site which will be prepared for selling own products. That was autorize by all Trustees of the Charity.
